    • workshop with the client → analysis of needs, functions, costs, visual requirements.

    • defining parameters (light, ergonomics, durability).

  2. Projects

    • SolidWorks → mechanical design, 3D, cooling, ergonomics.

    • Advanced Designer → electronics, PCB, control, BOM.

    • ESPRIT CAM → preparation for CNC production.

  3. Prototyping

    • quick prototyping in our machinery.

    • optical, mechanical and temperature tests.

    • iterations → design corrections.

  4. Pre-production

    • small pilot series.

    • we check assembly and integration with furniture/installations.

  5. Final production

    • scaling → series tailored to customer needs.

    • quality control (QC), technical documentation, CE certification.

  6. Support and development

    • service, modernizations, subsequent product iterations.
